All our products are shipped from STOCK and are mailed out using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery (UK orders)

We normally ship out the next day, but due to the Royal Mails tracking system (which lags) please allow 10 days for delivery in the UK before sending a query.

All queries should be directed to us via our contact form. Please do not use our telephone orderline for queries - we like to keep an email track of all queries, so we only work from that.
